Our Services
American Pipette Services recognizes that every lab has its own specific needs, requirements and constraints for certification, documentation and above all the budget. With this in mind we have devised various levels of service that cater to every laboratory needs and budgets. The levels of service have been classified on the basis of documentation and report and DOES NOT in any way compromise the quality of service provided.
Gold
This level of service is mostly opted by University and teaching labs which do not emphasize on documentation. We offer a Quality assurance worksheet if requested by the client.
Platinum
Service includes along with Gold service, extra computerized documentation stating post calibration data of the pipettes. This level of service is mainly used by labs involved in clinical research or those monitored by GLP regulations.
Diamond
Service includes computerized documentation of each pipette, listing pre and post calibration data of every instrument. This level of service is used mainly by private and public sector labs and labs monitored by GMP/GLP regulations.
